58-year-old artist Lyudmila Razumova, serving a sentence in the case of military 'fakes,' has ended her dry hunger strike, which she announced on February 28, her support group reported.
The woman started the hunger strike due to constant pressure from the administration of Tver IK-5. A few days before the start of the hunger strike, she was sent to the punishment cell for 14 days for allegedly 'eating a candy from her neighbor's container.' Before this, the woman was held in a cell-type premises (PKT) for three months. In the last few months, she received 50 reprimands.
The administration of the colony did not respond to requests to place her in the prison hospital due to a sharp deterioration in her health. Back in October 2024, Razumova reported varicose veins, high blood pressure, and heart pains.
Lyudmila Razumova and her husband Alexander Martynov were accused of spreading 'fakes' about the army and vandalism 'motivated by political hatred.' According to law enforcement, the couple left anti-war graffiti in villages and settlements of the Tver region and made inscriptions on walls with the words 'Putler kaput,' 'Putin is war,' and 'Ukraine, forgive us.' In addition, the couple posted about the war in Ukraine on 'Odnoklassniki.'
In March 2023, Razumova was sentenced to seven years in a general regime colony, and Martynov to six and a half.
