The judge of the Leninsky District Court of St. Petersburg, Elena Samsonova, fined street singer Diana Loginova (Naoko) 30 rubles under the protocol on "discrediting" the army, reported the correspondent of "Mediazona"* from the courtroom.
Independent experts, whose conclusion was presented by the defense, found no "discrediting" in Monetochka's song "You are a soldier", which Naoko performed. Moreover, the employees of the "E" center did not specify any details of the "offense" in the protocol: the full text of the song and the date when Naoko performed it. The protocol does not even have the signatures of the officers who drafted it.
The defense petitioned to call police officers Afanasyev and Abdulmerdzhabov as witnesses, but the court denied the petition.
Diana Loginova spent 13 days under arrest for "organizing a mass event". Immediately after her release, she was taken for consideration of the protocol on "discrediting" the army.
