As reported by "Fontanka", a protocol was drawn up against the guitarist Alexander Orlov under the article "Organization of a mass simultaneous gathering of citizens in a public place, leading to a violation of public order". He faces another 15 days of arrest.
Orlov was detained the day before in the evening at the exit from the detention center after 12 days of arrest under the same administrative article, he spent the night in the police station. What exactly is being charged against the musician now is unknown.
Presumably, he is currently in OP No. 76 of St. Petersburg along with vocalist Diana Loginova and drummer Vlad Leontyev, after which they will be taken to court.
The musicians of the band "Stoptime" were detained in St. Petersburg for performing songs of "foreign agents". On October 16, the judge of the Dzerzhinsky District Court of St. Petersburg, Yana Nikitina, sent the 18-year-old singer Diana Loginova to arrest for 13 days under the administrative article on mass events, and drummer of the band "Stoptime" Vladislav Leontyev was also sent to arrest for the same period. The guitarist of the band Alexander Orlov was arrested for 12 days.
