The Prikubansky District Court of Krasnodar on October 6 fined 59-year-old Alexander Loyko 30 thousand rubles in a case of «discrediting» the army, noted local journalist Andrey Koshik.
The basis was a recording of his phone conversation, which was brought to court on a CD.
In the court session, the man admitted guilt and explained that he was in a state of alcohol intoxication because he was informed about the death of his elder son in the war with Ukraine.
