2025.10.23

He was charged with "participation in the activities of a terrorist organization" and sent to a pre-trial detention center

The Industrial District Court of Izhevsk granted the investigator's request to impose a preventive measure in the form of detention against 47-year-old lawyer Vladislav Radchenko, accused of participating in the activities of a terrorist organization, reported "Kommersant".

According to the investigation, Radchenko passed information about the activities of law enforcement agencies and the defense department in the region to a Ukrainian organization.

The motive for his actions was "a negative attitude towards the special operation and the political leadership of the Russian Federation," the investigation believes.

As noted by ASTRA*, Radchenko is a former deputy prosecutor of the Balezinsky district, and he obtained lawyer status only in May 2025.

* Recognized as a "foreign agent" in Russia.
