One SES rescuer died and five more were injured as a result of a repeated Russian strike in the Kharkiv region on the night of October 23, local authorities reported.
While extinguishing a fire after a drone strike in the village of Zelenyi Hai in the Kupiansk district, Russian military forces shelled the location again where the rescuers were working.
Seven people were injured as a result of a Russian strike on Kyiv on the night of October 23. According to the capital's mayor, Vitali Klitschko, fires occurred in three residential buildings in the Podilskyi district, cars were burning in several courtyards, and debris fell near a synagogue. Additionally, the blast wave damaged windows in several houses, a school, and a kindergarten.
In Sumy, the railway station was attacked at night, injuring two station employees.
