In a conversation with «Ostorozhno, Media», the governor of the Stavropol Territory, Vladimir Vladimirov, refused to comment on the incident. «We do not comment before the official investigation», he said.
According to «Kommersant», the explosive was placed in a baby stroller. Subscribers of the channel «Netipichny Stavropol» wrote in the comments to the news that an unknown man brought the stroller to the trolleybus stop.
