On Tuesday evening, the police detained a young man named Denis in Moscow, who was holding a solo picket on Old Arbat with a poster that read «I want to watch ballet, let the swans dance» and «#musicisnotacrime». The authorities detained him and took him to the Arbat police department, reported RusNews.

The young man stated that he decided to support the arrested members of the St. Petersburg street group «Stoptime» and the musician Evgeny Mikhailov from Yekaterinburg. «I really want all of us to retain our humanity and keep this freedom within us, to perform what we like, to sing what we like, and to say what we want to say» — he told journalists before his arrest.

According to SOTAvision*, the detainee was kept in police custody overnight, and a report was filed against him for disobedience to police officers.

The vocalist of «Stoptime» Diana Loginova, drummer Vladislav Leontyev, and guitarist Alexander Orlov were placed under administrative arrest for performing songs by «foreign agents», Loginova and Leontyev — for 13 days, Orlov — for 12 days. They were accused of organizing an unauthorized event that «obstructed pedestrian movement» to the metro.

On Tuesday in Yekaterinburg, musician Evgeny Mikhailov was detained for supporting the group «Stoptime». A report was filed against him for minor hooliganism, and he was kept in the police department overnight.
