Now she faces a criminal case

Two protocols were drawn up against Diana Loginova, the vocalist of the street band «StopTime», known as Naoki, under the article on discrediting the army, her close associates told «Rotunda». She is currently serving an administrative arrest on charges of organizing a mass event, as the police claimed, the gathering of 70 people on the street obstructed citizens' access to the metro.

The basis for the protocol was the performance on September 26 and October 11 of the songs by Monetochka* «You are a soldier» and Noize MC* «Bright Stripe», the musicians performed them on the streets of St. Petersburg, and recordings of the performances spread across the Internet.

According to the publication's interlocutor, out of the three members of the group, only Loginova has protocols for discrediting the army. However, in the protocols for organizing a 'mass gathering of citizens' obstructing citizens' passage, in addition to Loginova, the group's drummer Vladislav Leontiev and guitarist Alexander Orlov were also sent to administrative arrest.

If the court finds the singer guilty on both protocols, a criminal case may be initiated against her under a similar article on 'discrediting' the army. This article provides for a penalty of a fine from 100 to 300 thousand rubles or imprisonment for up to 5 years.
