The court once again postponed the consideration of journalist Antonina Favorskaya's* lawsuit against the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding prisoner transport conditions, denying all motions

In the lawsuit, she noted the torturous transport conditions, reported injuries, and called other convicts as witnesses in court

The journalist noted that there is no light or air in the prison van, and the transport conditions are very dangerous. For example, pediatrician Nadezhda Buyanova, who was accused of spreading military "fakes" and sentenced to 5.5 years in prison, was injured in an accident with the convoy vehicle. Favorskaya reported that she herself received injuries during transport.

As reported by SOTAvision correspondent**, the defense petitioned to call other victims to court — former "Vesna" movement activist*** Anna Arkhipova*, accused of organizing the activities of an "undesirable" organization Natalia Minenkova, and those convicted for military "fakes" Nadezhda Buyanova and Olga Menshikh. According to the lawyer, once in the prison van, Antonina felt unwell due to stuffiness, and Arkhipova helped her recover.

Menshikh and Favorskaya were injured during transport, with Antonina suffering an open head injury. Another prisoner was transported in handcuffs standing practically in the trunk of a vehicle.

Additionally, the lawyer reported that Favorskaya was held with murderers, which is against the law. "In fact, she was transported inside a common cell with a special contingent," he explained.

The lawyer also petitioned to combine the lawsuits of Nina Slobodchikova, sentenced to 12 years for treason, and Antonina Favorskaya. Both lawsuits have been attempted to be considered about 10 times, but there were consistently no free rooms for video communication in SIZO-6.

The court denied all defense motions. The request for data from the convoy officers' body cameras was denied because "this information is not relevant to the substance of the lawsuit." The request for security and convoy plans for the movement of prison vans was denied because "it is a classified document."

The motions to summon women political prisoners to court and conduct a technical examination of the prison vans were deemed premature by the court and left without consideration at this time. The next session is scheduled for November 14.

In April, Favorskaya was sentenced to 5.5 years in prison for participating in the activities of an "extremist" organization, accused of collaborating with the FBK***.
