In October 2025, with the participation of the movement in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the so-called „platform of Russian democratic forces“ was created, which M. Khodorkovsky presents to Western countries as a „constituent assembly of the transitional period“ and an alternative to the authorities of the Russian Federation», — the FSB message states.

Khodorkovsky and other founders of the «Anti-War Committee of Russia», «finance Ukrainian paramilitary nationalist units recognized as terrorist in the Russian Federation, and also conduct recruitment activities to enlist individuals in these formations for the subsequent implementation of a plan to seize power in the Russian Federation by force», declared the special service.
