The Altai activist Aruna Arna*, detained at the end of September in a case of calls to terrorism, was sent to a detention center due to a 'violation' of the preventive measure in Kide of restricting certain actions, writes SotaVision** with reference to her relatives.
Arna is accused in a case of 'calls to terrorism' due to posting the song 'Warszawianka' on her resources. According to the agency, Arna published videos on a Telegram channel, which, according to expert conclusions, contained 'calls of a terrorist nature'.
On the morning of September 24, searches were conducted at the woman's and her mother's homes, then she was detained for 48 hours and sent to a temporary detention facility, but the court chose a preventive measure not related to arrest. At the same time, she was included in the list of 'terrorists and extremists' by Rosfinmonitoring, and in October she was fined 20,000 rubles for violations of the order of conducting a rally.
In recent months, Arna has been actively participating in protests against the municipal reform subordinating local self-government to Governor Andrey Turchak. She has three children.
