The schoolgirl was detained on February 16, on the first anniversary of Alexei Navalny's** death. Soon the detainee was released, but on the same day, a search was conducted at her home and her parents' home, and the schoolgirl's phone was confiscated. During the investigation, she was under an obligation to appear.
The district administration was recognized as the victim in the case. Representatives of the department fundamentally refused to dismiss the case by reconciliation of the parties, but asked for the schoolgirl to be given the minimum punishment.
