A statement to the FSB was written by a former boss, whom she complained about to the prosecutor's office, in court it was revealed that the woman meant Chubais and Abramovich

The 1st Western District Military Court began considering the case of 73-year-old Nina Akimova, who is accused of calling for terrorism on social networks, discovered by 'Mediazona'*. The reason for initiating the case was two comments under a post in the group 'Russia is everywhere where there are Russians!' on 'VKontakte'.

'Be careful not to choke on your own anger! We need to crush the Kremlin-Jewish gang that is erasing Russia from the face of the earth!', — Akimova wrote in August 2019 under a publication with a video where Rosgvardia employees detain protesters at rallies in Moscow, it was a response to an approving comment from another user.

At that time, the woman worked at the Military Institute of Physical Culture of Roman Sarvadia. The criminal case was initiated based on a report from the head of the institute's medical service. Akimova believes he turned to the FSB due to their conflict: the woman wrote complaints about him to the prosecutor's office, and an investigation was conducted based on her statements, which found violations.

Nina Akimova worked as a general practitioner in St. Petersburg for over 40 years, and in 2022 she retired.

In court, the former doctor partially admitted guilt: 'I admit my guilt in expressing myself negatively and incorrectly. But I did not mean anything by it, I was simply expressing my opinion'. She also explained that by 'Kremlin-Jewish gang' she meant Anatoly Chubais and Roman Abramovich, and by the word 'crush' she meant 'fight'.

No preventive measure was chosen for her. She came to court on her own. After the case was initiated, the accused donated several thousand rubles to 'help participants of the SVO'.

In February 2025, Akimova was fined under the article on inciting hatred and enmity. The reason for this case was also comments on social networks.
