On the night of August 31, Russia massively attacked the Odesa region with strike drones, injuring one person, damaging private houses and infrastructure facilities, reported the head of the regional military administration, Oleh Kiper.
In Chornomorsk, an energy infrastructure facility was damaged, leaving more than 29,000 subscribers without electricity. Private houses and administrative buildings were also damaged. Fires broke out in some places.
Russian troops also attacked residential areas of Kherson and its suburbs with drones. A 56-year-old woman and a 44-year-old man were injured. They suffered mine-explosive injuries and concussions, local authorities reported. Eight private houses were damaged.
