Russian troops shelled Konstantinovka in the Donetsk region with 'Smerch' MLRS, resulting in the deaths of three civilians and injuries to four others, reported the head of the regional military administration, Vadim Filashkin. The targets were a residential area and a market.
'The Russians launched eight rockets at the city from 'Smerch'—deliberately targeting the market. Fifteen trading pavilions, eight private houses, six apartment buildings, a store, two cars, and a power line were damaged,' wrote Filashkin.
In the afternoon, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, a 62-year-old man died in an FPV drone attack on a car, local authorities reported.
