A resident of the Tver region received a summons through the electronic military registration registry via SMS and a notification from the 'Gosuslugi' service, reported the project 'Go to the Woods'*. This is the first case of sending a summons through the site reestrpovestok.rf with a notification sent to the 'Gosuslugi' portal.
The man received an SMS with the text 'You have been sent a summons to the military enlistment office', as well as a notification through 'Gosuslugi', which indicated that the summons is in the registry. According to the conscript, the notification on 'Gosuslugi' listed the restrictions imposed on him, including a ban on leaving Russia. By law, such a summons is considered duly delivered seven days from the moment it is placed in the registry. Then the restrictions begin to apply.
The transition to electronic military registration in Russia began in 2023. The summons registry initially operated only in test mode in the Republic of Mari El, Sakhalin, and Ryazan regions. The site became fully operational only in May 2025.
