The prosecution requested four years in the colony, while the prosecutor noted the defendant's admission, 'change of views' and remorse.

In addition, according to the accusation, Timofeev published images with RDK symbols calling to join its ranks and 'Azov', and also praised one of the creators of the Ukrainian unit — Andriy Biletsky.

In the debates, the defendant and his defender asked to consider that Timofeev has back problems, his mother has cancer, and his grandparents have chronic illnesses, requesting a fine instead.

He wrote a confession and donated 5,000 rubles to the 'All for Victory' fund.

The court also read the testimony of an FSB officer who conducted a search in Timofeev's apartment. According to the officer, a note titled 'Plan for 2025' was found in his gadgets, stating that Timofeev wanted to save 50,000 rubles, drop out of school, get a passport, leave the country, and join the RDK.

In June, a protocol was drawn up against the young man under the article on inciting hostility or hatred for comments about the Russian authorities and supporters of the war in Ukraine. The materials of the administrative case indicated that Timofeev studies at a technical school and works as a press operator at the 'Slavyanka' sewing factory.
