In Novosibirsk, two minors were detained who, according to the authorities, attempted to kill a Russian serviceman on orders from Ukrainian intelligence services, reported the Investigative Committee.
The soldier was not harmed. The teenagers were taken into custody. They have been charged under the article for the murder of a person in connection with their official duties.
According to the investigation, the two minors acted on orders from Ukrainian intelligence services, who offered a monetary reward for the murder of a Russian serviceman. «To commit the crime, the accomplices received three containers with hazardous chemicals from the Ukrainian intelligence services and applied them to the external elements of the serviceman's car», — reported the IC.
The teenagers were detained by FSB officers. During the preliminary investigation, psychological and psychiatric forensic examinations were appointed for the minors.
