As reported by «Dozhd»*, 18-year-old Said Murtazaliev was detained in early January 2025 in the Moscow region on charges of fraud. The media found out that immediately after the arrest he was tortured: «They put a gas mask on his head, pressed on his heart until he lost consciousness», — said his mother Leyla Nakhshunova. She claims that her son would not have voluntarily gone to the front, he did not have a military ID.
«Dozhd» managed to find out the name of the investigator who participated in the recruitment of Said Murtazaliev. It is 36-year-old Nadezhda Zabelkina, an investigator of the Shatura city police department, mother of two children. As previously written by «Verstka»**, for one recruited detainee sent to the front, police officers can receive up to 100 thousand rubles.
Within a few days, the young man, without leaving the station, signed a contract and went to the front in the Luhansk region, he ended up in the labor company of the motorized rifle battalion of the 272nd motorized rifle regiment of the 1st Guards Tank Army of the Moscow Military District. He stayed on the front for no more than three months.
On March 7, Murtazaliev sent his mother a video where he said that by order of the regiment commander he collected more than a million rubles, «so that the guys would not go on the assault», adding that he turned out to be an unnecessary witness and the commanders with the call signs «Altai» and «Kilo» gave the order to the military with the call sign «Spartak» to «nullify» Murtazaliev. Already on March 8, the young man was declared missing.
«Dozhd» found out that under the call sign «Altai» is hidden senior lieutenant 25-year-old Mikhail Prasolov. He and other commanders involved in extortion and murders are currently under investigation, but not arrested, they are still on the front line and participating in combat missions.
