According to local authorities and eyewitnesses, at least three enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex could have been targeted — the Beriev Aircraft Company in Taganrog, the Voronin Aviation Plant in Lukhovitsy, Moscow Region, and the Kronstadt drone development company in the Moscow Region. The publication Astra* reports that in Tula, in the area where explosions were heard, there are also three defense enterprises.
The Governor of the Tula Region, Dmitry Milyaev, reported one fatality and one injured person, without specifying where it occurred.
The attack on Taganrog was confirmed by the city's mayor, Svetlana Kambulova, on her Telegram channel. According to her, the drone was shot down, and its debris fell on the territory of the Beriev Aircraft Company, with no casualties.
Local public pages report a drone raid in Lukhovitsy, Moscow Region, but the authorities have not yet officially confirmed this information. As Astra writes, near the alleged strike location is the Voronin Aviation Plant in Lukhovitsy, as well as a local oil depot. It is not yet established which specific target was attacked. Additionally, according to social media reports, the strike could have been directed at the Kronstadt enterprise in Dubna, Moscow Region, with local residents reporting explosions in the area.
