The Surgut City Court on June 10 imposed fines of 45,000 and 15,000 rubles on Kemran Navruzbekov in cases of «discrediting» the army and «inciting hatred or enmity», writes «7×7»*.
Both fines were imposed for one comment under a post in the telegram channel «Peace to Ukraine! Peace to Ukraine!», in which Navruzbekov called supporters of the war and Putin «future mincemeat and fertilizer for Ukrainian soil».
In the linguistic conclusion presented in court, it was stated that the man «created a negative image» of Putin's supporters, «enhancing the implementation of the speech strategy» with laughing and supportive emojis.
*Recognized in Russia as a «foreign agent».
