Russian troops struck with guided air bombs on a frontline village in the Polohy district of the Zaporizhzhia region, resulting in the death of a 9-year-old girl and a 16-year-old teenager being injured, reported the head of the Zaporizhzhia regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov.
One house was destroyed. Several other houses, cars, and outbuildings were damaged by the blast wave.
Sumy was under missile attack at night, resulting in damage to the residential sector and destruction of warehouse facilities. One person was injured, local authorities reported. In total, the Russian army attacked the Sumy region 160 times in a day, one person died, and three were injured.
Local authorities reported that the list of settlements for mandatory evacuation of residents in the region has been expanded, adding 11 more settlements. The decision was made considering the constant threat to the lives of civilians due to shelling. As of today, 213 settlements in the Sumy region are subject to mandatory evacuation.
In the last 24 hours, five civilians died in the Donetsk region: three in Pokrovsk, two in Belozerske.
Kharkiv public pages reported eight explosions in the city, in the Kyiv district a drone hit a manufacturing enterprise, injuring one person. In Izium, drones struck a civilian enterprise.
At night, as a result of Russian shelling of Kherson, a 66-year-old man died, reported the head of the Kherson regional administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, adding that three people died in the region in a day, and another 10 were injured.
