The authorities of Altai Krai almost doubled the one-time payment for citizens signing a contract with the Ministry of Defense of Russia. Now it amounts to 1.5 million rubles instead of the previous 800 thousand. The previous increase was in October 2024 — then the amount rose from 400 thousand. Another 400 thousand will be received by Altai contractors from the Ministry of Defense.
The government of KhMAO increased the regional payment for signing a contract from 2.2 to 2.65 million rubles on May 26. The increased payment will be valid until the end of July 2025. Another 400 thousand will be received by contractors from the Ministry of Defense and 150 thousand from the municipality. The total amount will be 3.2 million rubles.
A larger payment exists only in the Samara region (3.6 million rubles), but since February 2025 it applies not to all contractors, but only to officers and people who have re-signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense.
Previously, the highest payments were in Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (3.1 million rubles, reduced to 1.9 million since April 2025), Belgorod (3 million rubles, reduced to 800 thousand since 2025), and Nizhny Novgorod (3 million rubles, now reduced to 1.5 million) regions.
At the same time, in some regions, payments were increased several times a year. In Primorye, the payment was raised twice since the beginning of the year: in January it increased from 800 thousand to 1 million rubles, and in February it amounted to 1.6 million rubles.
