On May 15, officers from the "E" Center came to the space instrumentation technical school at Bauman Moscow State Technical University and detained one of the college students. The reason was three memes in the group chat "E2-21 flood" — one with smoke from a chimney in the form of a swastika, and the other two had captions: "Shock! Hitler was a Nazi" and "Good morning, Slavs," reported "Caution, news."
The security forces forced the student to unlock his phone, gaining access to his Telegram account, and then drew up a protocol for "demonstration of Nazi symbols."
In court, it was specifically noted that the student published the memes with Hitler "during the preparation and conduct of the 80th anniversary of the Victory Parade over Nazi Germany."
