The Ministry of Defense reported the destruction of 99 Ukrainian drones overnight, with drone arrivals recorded in seven Russian regions. Most of the drones — 56 — were shot down over the Belgorod region, 25 over the Voronezh region, and 7 over the Vladimir region. The remaining drones were destroyed with the help of air defense in the skies over the Kaluga, Tula, Rostov, and Lipetsk regions.
According to the governor of the Belgorod region, four people were injured due to the drone attack — a resident of the Borisovsky district, a couple from the Shebekinsky urban district, and a woman from Grayvoron. As a result of the drone arrivals, cars, private houses, and other buildings were also damaged. There were electricity issues in several localities.
As reported by the governor of the Vladimir region, Alexander Avdeev, the attack resulted in damage to the windows and doorways of three buildings in the industrial zone of Murom. Drone debris also led to a grass fire, which was extinguished by emergency services.
Rosaviatsiya imposed flight restrictions at the airports of Ivanovo, Saratov, Nizhny Novgorod, Tambov, Kaluga, and Yaroslavl. At the moment, the operation of almost all airports has resumed.
