According to the publication, the country's Ministry of Defense stated that two Russian military aircraft are suspected of violating Finland's airspace. The Gulf of Finland Border Guard reported on the social network X that it has initiated a preliminary investigation into this incident.

The last time a Russian aircraft violated the country's airspace was in February. It was in the Gulf of Finland area west of Hanko for several minutes.
