The reason was a "notice about an attack on a taxi driver in Skopin," where Krisevich has never been

Pavel Krisevich was detained at the Miloslavskaya railway station in the Ryazan region "based on a notice of a crime involving an attack on a taxi driver on February 12 in Skopin," it was written in his Telegram channel, noting that Krisevich had never been in Skopin.

Later it became known that Krisevich was taken to the police department in Skopin because "the fingerprint databases do not work at the Miloslavka police department." RusNews reported that the car with the activist's wife was stopped three times at traffic police posts on the way to the Skopin police department.

In January, Krisevich was released after 3.5 years of imprisonment on charges of hooliganism for political and ideological motives. The reason for the artist's prosecution was his protest against repressions on Red Square in the summer of 2021. He fired two blank shots into the air and simulated shooting himself to draw attention to the problems of political prisoners in Russia. In October 2022, the activist was sentenced to five years, found guilty under the article on hooliganism, but the time spent in pre-trial detention was counted.

At the end of April, law enforcement conducted a search at Krisevich's home. According to the activist himself, the investigative actions were related to a criminal case against gallerist Marat Gelman*.
