She is charged with intentional infliction of minor harm to health due to a conflict with a cellmate in the prison hospital

A new criminal case has been opened against convicted artist Lyudmila Razumova for attacking another inmate in IK-5 in the Tver region, reported «OVD-Info»* citing a source familiar with the case. Razumova is charged with intentional infliction of minor harm to health.

On March 24, during a domestic conflict with inmate Ksenia Nabatchikova, Razumova poured hot water on her in response to her aggressive actions. After this, Nabatchikova attacked the artist, began to beat and strangle her with a cord from a kettle, crossing it like a noose. «As a result of her actions, I lost consciousness, and she thought I was dead and stopped strangling me,» Razumova recounted. Hospital staff recorded traces of beating and strangulation on the artist, after which the defense filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office and the Investigative Committee.

According to Razumova, Nabatchikova was deliberately placed in the same cell to provoke a conflict.

Lyudmila Razumova and her husband Alexander Martynov were accused of spreading «fakes» about the army and vandalism «motivated by political hatred». According to law enforcement, the couple left anti-war graffiti in villages and settlements in the Tver region and wrote on walls with the words «Putler kaput», «Putin — this is war», and «Ukraine, forgive us». Additionally, the couple posted about the war in Ukraine on «Odnoklassniki». In March 2023, Razumova was sentenced to seven years in a general regime colony, Martynov — six and a half.
