In Khanty-Mansiysk, the court sentenced the security guard of the local market 'Lukoshko', Evgeny Lazutin, to a year of imprisonment on charges of repeated 'discrediting' the army, reports 'OVD-Info'*. Lazutin's case was reviewed in one day.
According to Baza, the 50-year-old man was detained on February 28 last year due to a conversation in the smoking area, during which he emotionally shouted about participants in the war in Ukraine as 'idiots' and 'cannon fodder'. Colleagues and market visitors called the police.
A criminal case was initiated against the guard for repeated 'discrediting' of the Russian army. In December, Lazutin had already been issued an administrative protocol for social media posts, so the conversation in the smoking area became a repeated 'violation'. Lazutin did not plead guilty and, invoking Article 51 of the Constitution, refused to testify.
