The Soviet District Court of Krasnodar fined 36-year-old local resident Sergey Anosov 600 thousand rubles in a case of seven donations to the ACF, noted the court's decision 'Mediazona'**.

Anosov was found guilty of financing an 'extremist organization' for seven donations to the ACF of 300 rubles each. The Krasnodar resident set up a monthly donation, and from his card, 300 rubles were deducted from August 2021 to January 2022. The total amount of payments was 2,100 rubles.

During the investigation, Anosov was under a travel ban. In court, he fully admitted his guilt and repented, refusing to testify, invoking Article 51 of the Constitution.

During the investigation, the accused stated that he 'became interested in the activities of Navalny*** and the ACF around 2019', including 'watching videos about 'Putin's palace', about Medvedev, about the house on Sunny Island in Krasnodar', which ultimately caused him to feel 'sympathy' for the ACF's activities.
