He also stated that the actions of the organizers of the attack were "directed from Ukraine," although they themselves are in Turkey

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, instructed the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard, and the FSB to deport from the republic the relatives of those suspected of organizing the attack on the DPS post two days ago. Kadyrov demanded their property to be confiscated.

"Special responsibility lies with the parents and close relatives of the terrorists. Each of them must understand that they will have to answer for the criminal actions of their relatives if they knew but did nothing, condoned, or, moreover, encouraged the path of violence," Kadyrov stated in his Telegram channel.

Russian legislation does not provide for punishment of relatives of suspects in crimes, and confiscation of property is not allowed without a court decision.

On the evening of April 7, in the town of Achkhoy-Martan, a local resident attacked patrol officers, inflicting knife wounds on them. He was shot dead, local Telegram channels reported that the attacker was a minor. One of the injured policemen died, according to a statement from the republican department of the Investigative Committee.

During a meeting with the heads of the republic's security agencies, Kadyrov stated that the actions of the organizers of the attack were "directed from Ukraine," although they themselves are in Turkey.
