This time, Ledkov was charged with transferring 1800 rubles to FBK from September 5, 2021, to February 5, 2022. The previous case under the same article was initiated on December 24, 2024, due to a donation of 300 rubles to FBK. Since December 28, 2024, the man has been under house arrest.

The second time, Valery was fined 35,000 rubles for "discrediting" the army in April 2022. "Posted on the internet on his social page the silhouette 'NO TO WAR,' thereby distorting and discrediting the tasks of using the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation," — stated in the court decision on this case.
