Eight people were injured, including a nine-month-old baby

The Kharkiv prosecutor's office reported that at night the Russian army attacked the city with several dozen 'Geran-2' drones, with 13 to 15 hits recorded, two of them on civilian enterprises in the Kholodnogorsk district of the city, causing fires in production buildings covering a total area of about two thousand square meters, which were extinguished all night. In addition, about 20 private houses were damaged.

The spokesperson for the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, Dmitry Chubenko, noted that as a result, 8 people were injured, including a nine-month-old baby, a seven-year-old boy, and a 16-year-old girl.

In March, the number of shellings of Kharkiv by Russian troops doubled compared to February, said the city's mayor, Igor Terekhov.

'The number of shellings of the city in March doubled compared to February. Our situational center recorded a total of 42 attacks and 172 air raid alerts — an average of five times a day. The recent weeks have shown a change in the tactics of the Russian Federation. 'Shaheds' enter Kharkiv's airspace in groups and deliver combined strikes on residential areas, critical infrastructure, and business facilities. And 30-40 minutes later, when rescuers, medics, police, and utility services are already working on the scene, the enemy targets them a second time. Cold and cynical calculation: more victims, more destruction, more human fear,' wrote Terekhov on Facebook*.

According to the mayor, as a result of Russian attacks in March, 99 Kharkiv residents were injured, including 12 children. Two people died.
