The moratorium on strikes against energy facilities has been in effect since March 18, it will last for 30 days and can be extended by mutual agreement.
The Kremlin has published a list of Russian and Ukrainian facilities subject to a temporary moratorium on strikes.
These include oil refineries; oil and gas pipelines and storage facilities, including pumping stations; electricity generation and transmission infrastructure, including power plants, substations, transformers, and distributors; nuclear power plants and hydroelectric dam facilities.
«If one side violates the moratorium, the other side is entitled to consider itself free from the obligations to comply with it», — the statement notes.
«How Russia behaves in the coming days will show a lot, if not everything. If there are alarms again, military activity at sea, manipulations, then new measures need to be taken — specifically against Moscow», — Vladimir Zelensky stated in turn.
