The regional payment for signing a contract with the Ministry of Defense in Karelia is one of the lowest — 400 thousand rubles. The largest regional payments — more than 3 million rubles — are established in Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Belgorod, and Nizhny Novgorod regions.
