According to the investigation, he also called for the killing of people of non-Slavic nationality

The FSB Directorate in Udmurtia reported the initiation of a criminal case against a prisoner of one of the republic's correctional colonies, charging him with articles on 'public justification of terrorism' and 'public calls for extremist activities'.

The FSB claims that the prisoner, while in the colony, justified the actions of those involved in the terrorist attack at the Moscow region's 'Crocus City Hall', and also called for the killing of people of 'non-Slavic nationality'.

The terrorist attack at 'Crocus' occurred on March 22, 2024, when an armed group burst into the concert hall and began shooting at people. The attackers set the building on fire and fled. As a result of the attack, 145 people were killed, including six children, and more than 550 were injured.

The responsibility for the attack was claimed by the group 'Vilayat Khorasan' (the Afghan branch of the terrorist organization 'Islamic State', recognized as such in Russia and many countries). Russian authorities have repeatedly stated that Ukraine may be involved in the concert hall attack.
