Before the arrest on criminal charges, he was arrested three times on administrative charges of hooliganism

In Moscow, a 21-year-old student from the Moscow region, Vladislav Afimin, was arrested on charges of “state treason,” and the court sent him to a detention center, reported the channel “Caution, news.” Details of the case are unknown, but since the beginning of the year, he has been subjected to “carousel arrests” on charges of minor hooliganism. This practice is used by law enforcement as a preparation for initiating a criminal case.

As “Mediazona”* writes, the first detention of the young man occurred late in the evening of January 23, when he, according to the decision of the Ostankinsky District Court, “used foul language in the courtyard of a residential building.” Afimin admitted his guilt, and the court sentenced him to ten days of arrest.

Then the police charged Afimin with using foul language in the premises of the Ministry of Internal Affairs department in South Medvedkovo on the night of February 3. The student again admitted his guilt and “explained that he was in a state of intoxication,” according to the decision of the Babushkinsky District Court, which sentenced Afimin to another 14 days of arrest.

In the third protocol on hooliganism, it is stated that the student on the night of February 18 “loudly used foul language in a public place, offensively approached citizens, and did not respond to remarks.”

“There are no reasons for the slander of the accused by the police officers and the witness,” quotes “Mediazona” the decision of the Butyrsky District Court, which sentenced Afimin to another 15 days of arrest.

According to “Caution, news,” Vladislav Afimin was born and raised in Baikonur, Kazakhstan, after which he moved with his parents to the Moscow region. In 2024, he served in the army.
