A special section for reports has appeared on the website of the 'Knowledge' Society, noted by the publication 'T-Invariant'*. Vigilant citizens are invited to visit a special form and report the date and place of the 'suspicious' lecture, as well as the lecturer's details. The criteria for 'suspiciousness' are not specified on the website, but there is a special field in the form where you can indicate what you didn't like.

The publication suggests that this is done in anticipation of the adoption of a law prohibiting 'foreign agents' from any educational and enlightening activities.
The 'Knowledge' Society has begun work on identifying 'suspicious' lectures, even before the State Duma considers the law prohibiting any educational activities of 'foreign agents'. On March 5, the State Duma will consider this initiative in the first reading.
However, even now the 'Knowledge' Society offers to report 'suspicious' educational and enlightening projects.
* Recognized in Russia as a 'foreign agent'.
