The Industrial District Court of Izhevsk considered the investigator's request to choose a preventive measure for three teenagers accused of «sabotage», reported the press service of the Udmurtia courts.
An 18-year-old young man and two 17-year-old teenagers were detained by FSB officers.
According to the investigation, on February 15, an 18-year-old and two 17-year-old residents of Udmurtia, together with «other unidentified individuals», conspired in advance to set fire to a cell tower in Votkinsk. As noted in the court, they did this for the purpose of «undermining the economic security and defense capability of the Russian Federation». The accused and their defenders objected to the satisfaction of the investigator's request.
The court granted the investigation's request and sent the accused under arrest until April 16.
