Late in the evening of February 19, Kherson was attacked with three KABs. The head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Roman Mrochko, reported that one bomb hit an apartment building in the Central district. Five people were injured, including two children.
Rescuers first pulled out the 13-year-old twins from under the rubble, they had mine-explosive injuries and an acute stress reaction. They are currently in the hospital under medical supervision. Meanwhile, the twins' mother is likely under the rubble.
A man with a traumatic brain injury and leg injuries was also pulled out from the destroyed building; he was evacuated from the 8th floor because he could not descend on his own due to the destruction of the building's structure. Later, rescuers found two more injured people and took them to the hospital.
