The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow took 32-year-old Nikita Prosvirnin into custody on criminal charges of confidential cooperation with a foreign organization, reported «Cautiously, News». What he is charged with is unknown, the case is classified as «top secret».
A few years ago, Prosvirnin was a member of «Young Guard of United Russia» and was a member of the political council of the party's branch in Kurgan. Later, he became interested in game development, crypto trading, and NFT, moved to Czech Republic, where he studied at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague.
As «Mediazona»* found out, in February 2023, Prosvirnin registered a company «Driving Mining Games» in Moscow, after which, apparently, he returned to Russia.
The article on «confidential cooperation» — is the most «elastic» of those related to state security, according to lawyer of «First Department»* Evgeny Smirnov. According to him, law enforcement punishes virtually any confidential communication with an organization or person accused of activities «aimed against the security of the Russian Federation». Such «activities» can be interpreted broadly, depending solely on the practice and worldview of the FSB.
