For the same publication, she was initially charged with inciting activities against Russia and «facilitating terrorism», now «treason» has been added

A third criminal case has been initiated against volunteer Nadezhda Rossinskaya, known as Nadine Geisler from the «Army of Beauties», lawyer Alexey Pryanishnikov reported. This became known at the hearing on the extension of detention.

Rossinskaya is accused of «treason», the reason for the new case was a post, due to which the previous two cases were initiated against the volunteer. «All three criminal cases were initiated for the same post on an Instagram account not owned by Nadezhda,» Pryanishnikov clarified.

According to the investigation, on August 31, 2023, the volunteer published a call to donate money to the Ukrainian battalion «Azov», which is recognized as a terrorist organization in Russia.

After the start of the war, Rossinskaya created the volunteer movement «Army of Beauties». In the organization's social networks, it was claimed that the movement collects humanitarian aid and transports it to Ukraine, as well as evacuates Ukrainians from the combat zone.

Rossinskaya was detained in February last year on charges of publicly inciting activities aimed against state security. In the summer, a criminal case was initiated against her for «facilitating terrorist activities».

* Included in the list of «terrorists and extremists».
** The owner of Instagram Meta is recognized as an «extremist» organization in Russia.
