All Perm schools simultaneously published contract service advertisements in their groups on "VKontakte" and also hung advertising posters in schools, which is illegal.
The publication "Perm 36.6" contacted the prosecutor's office, after which it received a response from the city administration that these materials are not campaigning and are intended not for children, but for the "parental community".
Officials stated that they see nothing wrong with such advertising, as "the homeland needs to be defended." And the goals of signing a contract with the Ministry of Defense were called "creating conditions for the peaceful socio-economic development of the Russian Federation and ensuring the safety of its citizens."
The regional payment for signing a contract in the Perm region is 1.5 million rubles, with an additional 100 thousand rubles paid to residents of Perm.
According to "Mediazona"*, 2769 natives of the Perm region have died in the war in Ukraine.
