He referred to new intelligence data, noting that Russia's actions are directed not only against Poland but also against other countries

Russia planned terrorist attacks in the air against Poland and other countries, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said on Wednesday after meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Warsaw, writes Politico.

«The latest information confirms the validity of concerns that Russia planned terrorist acts in the air not only against Poland», — noted Tusk.

He referred to new intelligence data, which, according to him, confirm concerns about Russia's alleged operations beyond Poland's borders, but did not provide any details.

Earlier, the publication New York Times reported that American intelligence warned the White House about plans by Russian special services to smuggle incendiary devices onto cargo planes heading to the USA. The White House warned the Kremlin of the need to stop this operation.

Moscow has been repeatedly accused of sabotaging European transport infrastructure and jamming GPS signals of several countries as part of a hybrid war against Western countries. In April last year, Czech Transport Minister Martin Kupka warned that Russia had made «thousands of attempts» to attack European railways since the start of Moscow's full-scale war in Ukraine.

In July, two packages exploded at DHL logistics centers in Germany and England, wrote WSJ. Sources explained that these packages were an attempt to test whether fires could be started on planes flying to North America.
