In Tomsk, advertisements have appeared in entrances, offering residents to sign a contract for service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation through the state corporation 'Roscosmos'. For this, a one-time payment of one million rubles and 5 million for a year of service is promised, reports TV2.
'Roscosmos' also promises assistance in restoring documents and special conditions for those with criminal records or debts.
According to 'Important Stories'*, the one-time payment in the Tomsk region is 400 thousand rubles, with another 400 thousand paid by the federal budget. Based on information from open sources, 'Mediazona'** identified the names of 605 natives of the region who died in the war.
Since January 1, a record payment of 4 million rubles for signing a contract was introduced by the authorities of the Samara region.
