The reason was a repost of an anti-war post on 'Odnoklassniki', earlier she was fined 700 thousand rubles under the article on military 'fakes'

The Zlatoust City Court sentenced human rights activist and coordinator of 'Golos'* Natalya Guseva to two years probation in a case of repeated 'discrediting' of the army, reported the project 'OVD-Info'*. The prosecution requested three years in a settlement colony.

The case against Guseva was initiated due to a repost of a video on 'Odnoklassniki', which, according to the investigation, 'indicates categorical disagreement' with Putin's policy and the actions of the Russian Armed Forces. 'Putin must immediately withdraw troops beyond Ukraine's borders, stop killing the Ukrainian people and Ukrainian statehood, as well as stop killing his own people and endangering the statehood of Russia itself!' wrote Guseva.

In July, a search was conducted at the human rights activist's home, she was charged and a preventive measure in the form of a travel ban was chosen.

In February, Guseva was already found guilty in a case of military 'fakes', with a fine of 700 thousand rubles. The reason for initiating the criminal case in June 2023 was posts on 'Odnoklassniki', as well as a comment about the commission of 'crimes against the civilian population on the territory of Ukraine by Russian troops, including the shelling of the drama theater in Mariupol on 16.03.2022'.

In May 2023, a court in Zlatoust fined the woman 30 thousand rubles under an administrative article on 'discrediting' the army due to two anti-war posts on 'Odnoklassniki'. The publications on Guseva's page spoke about the need to stop the war and withdraw troops from occupied territories, as well as about children who were held in the basement of the village of Yagodnoye by Russian soldiers.
