On the morning of November 22, Russian forces attacked a residential district of Sumy with Shahed-type strike drones. According to 'Suspilne', four explosions were heard from 5 to 6 in the morning.
Two people were killed, 22 were injured with varying degrees of severity. Several houses were damaged, and about ten cars were burned.
On November 17, the Russian army attacked the city with a ballistic missile, hitting a multi-story residential building, killing 11 people, including two children, and injuring more than 50 people. According to the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Russia used ballistic missiles with cluster munitions, which have a large destructive effect.
