On the night of November 8, Russian military once again launched KABs on Kharkiv. As a result of the attack, houses were damaged and partially destroyed.
The first FAB-500 strikes were recorded around 3:30 am. As reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synehubov, as of the morning, 25 injured are known, five of whom are hospitalized. Their condition is assessed as moderate and mild. In addition, 30 people were evacuated, including 4 children.
One of the KABs hit a 12-story apartment building. The aerial bomb destroyed the entrance of the building from the 1st to the 3rd floor. Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets reported that people are still under the rubble. Several floors are destroyed. «Many are injured, including children! How many more civilians must die for the world to stop the Russian aggressor?» — he wrote on his Telegram channel. Residential buildings nearby, 5 cars, and exits from the metro station were also damaged.
In the central district of Kharkiv, at least six multi-story buildings, shops, trade pavilions, cars, and metro station exits were damaged. «Such strikes with 500-kilogram aerial bombs are targeted enemy terror», — stated Synehubov.
At night, the Russian army also attacked Odessa, one person was killed and nine more were injured. The head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, clarified that a 46-year-old man died from shrapnel wounds while driving a car during the attack. Eight more people were injured, and a 91-year-old woman had an acute stress reaction. Six of the injured were hospitalized. Residential houses in the private sector were damaged, and a fire broke out in two of them.
