A fire occurred at the impact site — these are the preliminary consequences of the enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia», — reported the head of the Zaporizhzhia regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov. Earlier, he reported that Russian troops struck an infrastructure facility.
During the day, the Russian army carried out 144 strikes on 11 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region, local authorities reported.
According to the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the night of November 5, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with two guided aviation missiles X-59/69, guided aerial bombs, and launched 79 strike drones. The missiles were launched from the Black Sea area targeting the Odesa region, and KABs attacked the Kharkiv region. The downing of two guided aviation missiles X-59/69 and 48 drones in the Odesa, Kyiv, Sumy, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, and Khmelnytskyi regions has been confirmed.
